Select the shoe(s) you like, make sure the size and color are correct, add them to your cart, and click on the "checkout" button.
If you have registered before, we will only ask for your email and password. If not, we will ask for some additional information.
Once you have filled in all the fields, click on the "place order" button.
Choose the payment method you prefer, complete the information, and click on the "proceed to payment" button.
You will receive an email from us in your inbox with all the details of your purchase. If you don't receive it, after checking that it's not in your spam folder, please write to us at info@quondambarefoot.com and we will find out what happened.
After reviewing your order, if you detect any errors or want to make any changes, please write to us or call us within 1 hour. If you do it later, you will have to wait to receive it to manage the return.
Every foot is unique. Each person has different feet, even between them. In the product details of each item, there is a size guide that will help you orient yourself if you have doubts.
Iberian Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Portugal, and EU.
Shipping is free on the Peninsula for purchases over €95.
Otherwise, the shipping cost depends on where you live:
- Peninsula: €5
- Balearic Islands: €7
- Canary Islands: €10
- Portugal: €8
- Europe: €15
At the address you provide in the order, at a post office, or at a city pack. The delivery country must match the country of purchase.
Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal: 48-72h
Canary Islands and Andorra: approximately 5 days. It depends on the agility of customs.
EU: approximately 7 days.
We do not offer express 24-hour shipping so that transport agencies can
maximize their efficiency by grouping orders. This way, the vans will travel fuller, make fewer trips, and reduce CO2 emissions. If for any reason, you need express shipping for your shoes, contact us, and we will resolve it.

If there is no one to receive the package, attention, the carrier will send you an SMS or email to inform you of the next delivery of your order.

You have 15 natural days to return the item from the date of receipt of the order.
For the purchase amount to be refunded, the product must be in perfect condition.
For the return, always protect the box with another box or a bag (if it is not damaged, use the one we sent you) and never stick the return label on the shoebox.
We will refund the amount of your product minus the return costs within 15 natural days following the receipt of the returned shoes, once their condition has been checked. You will receive the amount by the same payment method you used to purchase the shoes.
First, wipe them with a clean cloth to remove dust. Since they are leather, if there is any stain, moisten a soft brush with water and a very small amount of neutral soap and gently scrub them. Let them dry in the shade. Once dry, if you want, you can apply a little colorless special shoe cream. If you need to conceal any scratches on the leather, use shoe cream in the color of the leather.
If you remember, it's a good habit to remove the insoles from your shoes when you're not wearing them. They will air out better, and the activated carbon in the insole will last longer.
